!! SPOILERS AHEAD (duh) !! TLDR: Great actors, and, as usual, stunning animation from Disney PIXAR, but the plot line was lacking and the characters were infuriating So I finally managed to spare some free time to watch the 1h40m film, and I’ve gotta say; I’m disappointed. Don’t get me wrong; the quality and the design of the film is, as per usual of Disney PIXAR is fabulous, and I really loved seeing how far animation has come from the first Toy Story. I loved how the actors fit into the characters. However, the plot line was just disappointing. I've seen many films where a character or a few get stranded somewhere and things go wrong until they don't! It's just overused. I'm addition to that, Izzy and Mo just infuriated me and left me mostly angry watching the film. Another questionable thing is that the first quarter of Lightyear just was way too fast, when Buzz kept trying to reach HyperSpeed. Some elements of the story were quite shocking, however, like Zorg actually being an older version of Buzz. Well, that’s my humble opinion. 2 / 5 for me, and if you don't agree, you don't. So be it. I may not agree with yours but everyone has an opinion.
