Extremely poor communication. The engineering technician was supposed to arrive on a set date to replace a faulty part in the washing machine (which has not been working for 3 weeks) and only on the day that he was supposed to come WE had to call Bosch and ask when he would be coming. Only then they told us that the part still has not arrived from Germany and that they will let us know when it does so that we can reschedule the appointment. Once again, no communication about how long this may take. We booked 2 engineering technicians in the span of 3 weeks and the issue still has not been resolved. We are left with a faulty washing machine which we barely used as we just moved into the house and we have no idea when the rescheduled date may be. Extremely frustrated.
