I am a huge '80s rock and metal fan, (well let's be honest I like most '80s pop/rock too!) I was first introduced to this band while attending an '80s themed retreat in 2022. Fortunately, this rad DJ snuck in "Square Hammer" by Ghost into one of his sets... And I immediately fell in love. Since then I have explored all of their discography and the lore accompanying it. I attended two concerts within 3 days the summer of '23, and have been excited about this movie ever since the announcement. I have seen it twice now and going for a third time tomorrow. For fans it's thrilling to relive this concert, and to see the energy of the audience participate fully sans cell phones was awesome! What Tobias did with the song "Twenties" was a show-stopping spectacle that for me, catapulted that song from one of my least favorite on Impera to one that I will never skip now with the imagery from this film in my head. Go see this film if you have a chance, and don't miss them live in concert.
