Reaaaaally poor casting for Ellie, just wasn't able to connect with her what so ever. Everyone else was alright. I've quit episode 1 with 10 mins left on the clock. I detest that character (sure, the acting is fine). Almost feels like they've casted the complete opposite on purpose.
