This is a city builder that is truly a massive enjoyment to just sit back and play at a slow comfortable pace. The campaign is interesting and engaging. The multiplayer has the potential to be competitive, but doesn't have to be. My buddies and I have started games with no competitive intent, just to build and trade for fun. Great game!!
