It was the Band's best album up to that point. Leaps and Bounds better than Wheatfield Soul. Burton and Randy were coming into their own as a Songwriting Duo. Laughing was perfect for AM Radio. The Jazzy Undun, written by Bachman, was heard quite a bit here in the Midwest, too. One of the first Double A Sided 45s, if you will. My favorite off the album, No Time, is Head and Shoulders better than the American Woman version. Bachman's Solo is Awesome, one of the Best Solos I've ever heard. Randy was Channeling Neil and Stephen. Dropping Pin and 6AM are a couple more that I like alot. 6AM was another song written by Bachman by Himself, showcasing, along with Undun, His many musical influences. Jim and Garry are a Superb Rythmn Section, as well as Backing Vocalists. And what more could you say about Burton Cummings. Fans focus on His Vocal ability but for Me, He's one of the two best Keyboardist in RNR. Give a listen to the song Key. It's a little overindulgent and a bit long but the Piano Solo at the end is worth the wait. Burton was only 21 at the time that He recorded that Solo. Incredible.
