The first avatar was great. The best movie I've ever seen. The second avatar was not great. It was the most stressful to watch movie I've ever seen. The graphics and visual presentation were great. The content and tone of the movie was not great. It was basically 20 minutes happy, 2 hours full on maximum effect action, 20 minutes mixed feelings, 20 minutes happy kind of. I don't need to see a villain torturing people and animals to hate them to be happy the hero wins. At least not to that degree. That was way too much. And I'm not a vegan, I eat meat everyday. Maybe the next avatar can be great without all of the unnecessary torturing animals and humans scenes. It's one thing to show animals afraid and under duress to convey a message. It's something completely different to show in detail an animal being hunted and killed and all the emotion behind it and then hide behind the "It's only computer generated graphics so it's okay card" That was seriously messed up. 😕
