This book is the best book I ever read I like how it shows that even if your a different raise or change your gender u still need to be respected I was 10 when I read this book and it helped me so much because I have just moved to a new school and I was struggling because I was Latina so my school lunches we're not like there other kids cause the had ham and cheese sandwichs but to me that was plain so I had chicken sandwichs and past with homemade sause and people called my food gross and eww so then I started bringing ham and cheese sandwichs so I wouldn't be different but I looked Back now I wish I never did this over all I definitely rate this book a ten of 10
