So excited to see that there is a new season! Knew so very little about it at first but as my daughter and I were housebound for a while together, we watched this with awe and delight. And of course we were already fans of Shira Haas (sp?) from Unorthodox. Learned a lot but mostly felt deeply for most all of the characters and loved to watch a series that was new, entrancing, interesting, and different. Bravo, all! And thank you.

After watching The Queen's Gambit and a documentary about the current chess champion (my husband, and father-in-law were devoted chess players) -- was trolling through Netflix and, with my daughter, watched Searching for Bobby Fischer. The cast is fabulous, the story compelling and the clip at the end about the young player was inspiring. Bravo Joe Mategna, Ben Kingsley, Laurence Fishburne - amazing -- and the unbelievable Max Pomeranc. It has it all. And I was thrilled to see the clips of New York near to NYU where I went to Grad School and chess players were ubiquitous. Bravo.
