First and foremost, perhaps one of the most important things, do not entirely depend upon the reviews for this movie. Just like the story itself, it can be perceived by the audience in a totally different manner altogether. Be the judge yourself and if you still have your doubts, I highly advise to give it a try just for the sake of the brilliant acting of the cast. Now, as for me, I've read the book and yet, this had me cackling with excitement and suspense till the end. The enthusiasm and all the emotions of Victor Frankenstein, which, as always, outstandingly portrayed by James McAvoy had me on my nerves and same goes for the rest of the cast. Summing it up I definitely loved this one and will sure be rewatching it! (To be noted, it is not a horror movie as people expected, more of a science fiction)
