Exceptional. Unusual visual concept mixed with broadly appealing tracks that this 67-year old finds refreshing and a relief from generic studio albums. First listened/saw Weeknd's Official video 'Starboy' with Daft Punk and needed to hear more of this unknown (to me) artist from Toronto (makes me proud to be Canadian!). Abel goes from melodic pop to bitchin' blue in a single breath, then hits back with some sort of love song. 'Dawn FM' is for all ages and the geriatric set needs to listen with an open mind. They most likely will be pleasantly surprised... as was I.
