I played a few of the PSP era Monster Hunter games and this one blows all of them out of the water. Huge improvements to the formula the game had so far. It doesn't do a good job of explaining things, but there are more than enough resources for you to find online to compensate for that. Sunk about 300 hours into it and didn't regret a single one.
