Watching this movie was like watching a retelling of a time in my life where I was involved with someone EXACTLY like the protagonist even down to the way he dressed. The way the lead actor portrayed this dizzying, confused, hedonistic, narcissistic soul really spoke to my lived experience. Very triggering but also necessary to look at things from the outside this time. My heart just felt for the man's husband and girlfriend who were pulled into this confused, toxic mess. They were sucked into a tornado due to their feelings for the main character against their better judgement. Ultimately, they both did the right thing but not before paying a hefty price. This was a good character study of people that live only for themselves no matter the cost. Bystanders beware!!
