The book speaks about every simple thing that we ignore in our daily lives, which we never knew when rigorously followed would bring immense change and proper results. And this made me realize the art of including these minor changes that would help a lot in my upbringing.
This book not only motivated me to improve myself by changing those habits but also to make the world a better place by volunteering and doing my part to the planet.
Also not be forgotten is to travel solo and finding ourselves in the journey.
I really like how the author sub-divides each topic and backups every point so stated with a study that was conducted. It's not just about having a point of view but also having a proof of evidence for the same, that impressed me the most.
And what motivated me really is when author stated ,'Every night one should go to bed with the happiness of getting up and doing what you like', that opened my eyes. Motivated me to do what I love and to enjoy every moment.
Being a night owl, I was always of the opinion that it is very much difficult for me to attain a habit of waking up not tired and sleepy. I was sure I wouldn't be able to help myself in transforming into a better disciplined person.
But this book made me realise what it is to inculcate those good habits in life and to see what immense change it could bring in for one's transformation.
