The movie was very enjoyable and did not feel like a laborious task to watch. It was a fitting end to the Skywalker legacy and shores up a lot of questions raised in the previous films. I think it is a little too fast paced and contains too much exposition however, which doesn't give the characters too much of a chance to shine. It does lay bare the flaws of the sequel trilogy though, in as much that there was never a planned, overarching story. It is hampered a lot by trying to undo the actions of the Last Jedi, which doesn't allow it to flourish as it should. The 3rd act is the best part of the film as it reaches its climax and the odds seem even more desperate than in ROTJ.
It should placate those who were divided by The Last Jedi.
