It was definitely not a comedy, not sure why it was categorized as such. I love the actresses, and the acting was good, but the story was a bit slow and there didn't seem to be enough emotion considering the shared event if their background. Also, I had a very difficult time believing Kathy Bates' character and Laura Linney's were the same age
