Great game but one thing I would love is functional doors. This means that we can have indoor habitats with inside and outside areas that the animals can be kept in. For instance at night moving the animals inside and closing the doors so they cannot get out. Furthermore it would be cool to have doors between habitats. For instance if there is a male and female in 2 separate enclosures and you are able to open a gate or door to let them through to each other to mate.
