If I could give it a zero , I would. Why are they even calling this the Mayfair Witches? Where is Michael? Aaron Lightner? Talamasca? Why is Rowan behaving like a scared broken child instead of a brilliant strong surgeon? These novels were some of my all time favorites. Anne Rice at her best. This show has completely BUTCHERED the story and the characters. It’s like they are using Anne Rice “Witching Hour” as an idea to snip out some names and a few vague storylines from the novel and rewrite it as their own new story to make $ off her name. I don’t care about your “vision”, if you are going to use Anne Rice’s title , then tell HER story in her vision. If you want your own witch series then make your own. Total disrespect to the novels and the author. If you haven’t read the moves DO NOT WATCH this series. Read the books. And hopefully someone someday makes an amazing series or movie based on the actual books following the story as written.
