I’m a high fan of the Thunderman family and overall I enjoyed the first iteration of the series as a.movie. With that said, I do feel there were a few flaws that I hope will be addressed if there a sequel. What I really liked: 1. The return of the full cast. It was awesome to see everyone return even grandpa Giddy. 2. The original evil henchmen and their kids. Very well thought out and good character development as well. What I didn’t like. 1 Too rushed. The film should have been a full 90 minutes to give us more time to develop the characters. 2. Not enough Dr. Collasso. I know there is a set up for the sequel here but overall he was one of the main components of the family and shouldn’t have been addressed as an after thought. 3. Definitely more development with the original cast. Also why did they even have the secondary cast turn into super heroes. It seemed so pointless and unnecessary Overall I think it’s a good segway to a whole new series / franchise I just hope they give us full length, more secondary character development.
