Contrary to what some reviewers posted—there is A LOT OF RESEARCH in this. Lots of questions, lots to develop more fully and some thesis will change—but this is a welcome, powerful book—that challenges lots of old assumptions. Didn’t need to be shorter. I hope the surviving David and more colleagues will continue this exploration
