Don't know a single thing about the game but thought this was just great television. The animation is breathtaking. The voice acting and writing is great. The overall story is interesting and the characters motivations make sense. And the action scenes are drawn really well. The first episode is the slowest but yeah. You don't need to know anything about LoL to enjoy this series.
