Definitely targeted at younger kids, there were so many random plots being added with non of the having a climax, and if they did it was very disappointing or irrelevant, there were so many times i just went "why did they add that" and it had so much lost potential, the humours also very "butt jokes" focused, unlike the other movies i feel like this one wouldnt be as enjoyable for bith the parent and child, and the plot is just very confusing and all over the place, not worth the watch though the animation itself has knowticable improved from the older movies and visually its gotten better, story wise though it definitely looked rushed.
