Long time DC superhero fan. This was grueling and awful. Superman 1978 made us believe "...a man could fly." 2020 WW84 made me believe a movie could flop! It seemed more jarring and campy and SLOOOWWWWW than anything else. Other than "Shazam" I haven't seen a DC superhero movie lately that made me feel engaged about the heroes like the older Superman or Keaton Batman movies (or like many of the recent Marvel movies for that matter). It makes me wonder how many misses DC intends to fire before they get a stronger franchise like the Marvel. Just my opinion but I am very glad I did not make the effort to see this in a theatre.
