I wish the acting was a little more natural and I WISH they allowed Talia Jackson to wear her REAL HAIR! Her beautiful natural hair! It’s interesting that they spoke about Black people coming in all different shades denouncing the stereotypes of what an “average” African American person looks like but then turn around and mute aka cover up her beautiful hair with a horrendous wig. I would love this show but that detail just bothers me. That wig is TERRIBLE!! If there’s a part 2 to this cheesy sitcom I hope they allow her to wear her REAL hair (not that AWFUL wig) & tell the actors to try to be a little more realistic with their delivery.
