I have gone back to reading this book again and it gives some good exercises, massages, meditations, herbal concoctions to do yourself. It emphasizes on not eating too much animal protein (or at least, not conventionally raised animal protein, so go for organic instead because of the synthetic oestrogen that's in conventional farm-raised animals through the use of growth hormones and antibiotics). It talks about cleansing the liver, that's the organ that is responsibly for processing hormones, so herbs like milk thistle are advocated.
