I just had to write to tell you that I am super thankful that this show has been aired. I think it really has not only opened my eyes but the eyes of consumers such as myself. The depth and widths that these bosses have gone through not only to find out about the company but to interact with the employees which trickles down to us, the consumers. The consumers are what make the company's success, but the employees make the company go around which in turn make the customers happy. To know that the bosses and higher ups care enough about the company to not only do the show, to walk away with a wealth of information but to actually put that information to good use and help the employees in ways that they would have never been able to do on their own is just absolutely amazing. I was particularly impressed with the Diamond Resorts former CEO Stephen Cloobeck as one of the most "Hands On" bosses that I have ever seen. The amount of listening and help he provide to his team was just one of the most jaw dropping seasons that I have ever seen. This show has let the consumer know that the bosses really do care about their employees and want them to succeed in their business career but their personal life as well has made me realize that there are still some companies and businesses that actually care gives me such a warm feeling inside. I can not tell you how it has changed my life in ways that you could not even imagine. I now have a new appreciation for the bosses of these big companies to know that they are capable of getting down and dirty with their employees just to see what is wrong and right and to be able to implement those changes and to just listen to the employees as well as the consumers, who are really the backbone of these successful companies. Thank you for letting me give my review on the show, it truly was a wonderful experience.
