Some episodes are better than others, but the show has a good host, able to inform viewers and cooks, good guest judges who have fun interactions with the host.
The premise is fun, and the competition is always fun, without feeling overly harsh. It's basically cutthroat kitchen, with ingredients instead of Sabotages.
