I am reading a number of reviews commenting on Rachel's appearance being less than attractive and her demeanor hyper. I would agree with those. Please don't let the hair hang down into the cooking.. We all age, and Rachel is a beautiful woman, age not a factor, so don't wear all the heavy clothing, it makes me feel hot and itchy and is not at all necessary.
As regards the "hyper", please slow down and relax. We don't need to feel anxious and rushed about the the meal. Didn't used to.
What I loved about the original 30-Minute Meals was the simplified approach to cooking and down-to-earth methods which made executing the recipes achievable for the home cook, I STILL ENJOY THE PRACTICAL INFORMATION Rachel gives about ingredients and cooking methods, but most of the new recipes tend toward the exotic and highly spiced with a host of ingredients, making the shopping a challenge for the home cook. Also not as healthful as they used to be. I hope that the show evolves to be more like the original which I have really missed for a long time. Right on Rachel!✌
