"Kisi Ki Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan" is a movie that is extremely flawed in various fields. First off, addressing the story, it is just a plain, boring and done-before. There is a slight twist in the story before the interval which is also pretty predictable and not something even good, let alone astonishing. The director clearly lacked vision on how to go about the story-telling and the screenplay. It seemed as if the opening sequence was written and the rest was just improv, which clearly didn't work out. The director fails to explore the characters which shows the lack of detailing in character sketching. The backstory given to the characters was also nothing interesting. The dialogue writing was really bad and hard to watch. The movie's setting looked overly picturesque which compromised on the pragmatism. The climax action sequence and the small plot twist that they gave in the end was neither amazing nor astonishing. The music, side characters, background scoring, editing, etc was a job underdone. Casting direction only worked well for Venkatesh, Jagapathi Babu and Bhumika Chawla who were the only ones to nail their sequences as required. The rest just over-acted or simply failed to deliver the emotion. The chemistry between Salman Khan and Pooja Hegde was obviously and unsurprisingly bad. The romance sequences were embarrassing and too hard to go through. Putting Jagapathi Babu, a highly talented actor, as a mere sub villain is extremely underwhelming considering that the main villain absolutely disappointed in every way possible. The only reason I've decided to give it a 1 star-rating is purely because of the Venkatesh's backstory of a fight sequence in a thunderous background. That part was well-shot and the post production team did an appreciable job there, making it a money shot. Also because of the South Actors performance in their roles. They did well for what was required for their characters. Overall, it is a pretty boring and an uninteresting movie to spend your time on. It claims to be an entertainer but is quite literally the exact contrary to it. The movie definitely doesn't look like a movie from 2023 and more of a generic 2018 one.

*No Spoilers* RRR is a mass-action family entertainer movie. The movie is literally handcrafted and MADE TO BE WATCHED IN THEATERS. It is important to highlight that because this movie gives such a captivating visual experience to the viewers that leaves them in awe of the film and the filmmaker(S.S. Rajamouli)'s impeccable ability to tell a story in such a 'larger than life' format. The movie uses two age-old motifs of water and fire and yet succeeds in portraying in such a never-seen-before manner. The movie first sets up two characters that are equivalent to each other, then builds a strong connection between the two, then pits them against each other and then the movie unfolds and the plot develops. The characters are very well written, each given a purpose, goal and perspective making them engaging to watch. The movie is also very entertaining with the action sequences and dialogue writing. It also further indulges the viewer through the music and songs, one of them being Naatu Naatu, the song that won the hearts of millions, as well as the Oscars. The whole movie, though being an action film is driven by emotion which makes the viewer attached to the characters and the bonds they form with one another. The movie, in tea of technicality, is very advanced. With Oscar recipient M.M. Keeravani’s music direction (background score and songs)that is so indulging, K.K Senthil Kumar’s Cinematography that enhances every action sequence in the movie, Ram Charan and Jr. NTR’s amazing acting and the chemistry that they share, and of course the mastermind, S.S Rajamouli who planned each and every scene in the film to be better than just good. The movie has TOO many cinematic wonders that just keep going on and on. Overall, the film is an amazing and a must watch one. It is a movie that broke international barriers and reached out across the globe and impressed millions of people around the world. It is the sole example that great content, breaks language barriers. One of a kind film indeed!

This movie is such a creative, entertaining, hilarious and such a great movie. It is a never before done concept and it's heartily surprising to come across such amazing pieces of work that stand out. One should definitely watch this with their family since it such a family entertainer. Though being a comedy movie, it conveys such appreciable messages. The direction, done by Raj. B. Shetty, again, is a phenomenal piece of work. The editing, background score and the whole visual experience is nothing short of perfect. It is so very well done, no exaggerated background music, no extravagant characters, no unnecessary sequences, at all. It is all done at the right amount, and at the right timing as well. This cinema being a 2017 movie, was undoubtedly, way ahead of its time. The direction of the movie is extremely natural, complemented by the dialogue writing which is done so very well, adding to how realistic the film is. The casting, the backdrops, the minute detailing and the depth that each character is given, is genuinely something so beautiful. Overall, the movie is a very entertaining one and the time spent on it is worthwhile.

What a film! To know that I had the privilege to watch this is an immense blessing for me. Not only does this film bring to light about the hidden and almost forgotten case of the Gwangju Inhwa School, but it's success and impact on the minds of the people was so huge, that this film had a bill passed under the the name "Dogani" (the film's korean name), had the Gwangju Inhwa School permanently shut down and also sentenced an offender from the original case to 12-years of jail sentence. Whilst being a a film that was made to spread a message, it did not compromise on its cinematic experience for the viewer. The movie is a one-of-its-kind for its age. The movie is advisable for 16+ audience and has got a trigger warning since the plot is based on disturbing themes (abuse, harm, violence). The movie is a slow paced, yet an interesting piece of work to watch. The direction is truly a visionary masterpiece, very well thought and portrayed. The use of the korean sign language in the film made it more interesting, engaging and realistic. The characters and the storyline is so well written that the viewer is capable of resonating and feeling the emotional pressure that the characters experience. This is definitely one of the most impressive and well-directed films that I've watched. Definitely worth the time spent!

Love Today (2022): 16+ movie, it is a family entertainer but parental guide is required during few instances. Love Today, a movie that comes with a very laid-back yet a refreshing concept. This movie definitely proves that the genre of romance will never die. The movie, a romantic one, has hilarious plot twists and dialogue writing. The movie is completely driven on the basis of emotion. The way that Pradeep (main lead, writer and the director of the movie) has managed to inculcate the modern life of social media into this plot it wonderful! It definitely lives up to its name of 'Love Today'. Pradeep is definitely a wonderful writer and the character development of not only the main lead, but also the supporting characters is such a job well-done. Overall the movie, though stands on the basis of romance, has got a wonderful connection to the world today. My rating: 7.5/10

Kantara is a film that expresses the culture of tulunadu, one of the most richest cultures of south. Being a south Indian myself, I hadn't known the traditions, but this movie really opens one's eye to that majestic heritage of a culture. This movie is so happening and it never fails to entertain you. From dialogue writing to the plot, from music to the character sketching, from casting direction to screenplay, everything is such a job well done. And of course, the main highlight of the movie, the protagonist, the hero and quite literally everything good about the movie, Rishab shetty. He is one talented man and he made the best use of his skills. The acting that he put out to the world is something, that not even the most experienced and great actors, could do even a fine, let alone a great job at. This acting is really something that can be accomplished through great dedication, hard work and god gifted talent. Currently, on the top of the IMDb list of ALL the Indian movies, lies Kantara, a movie that doesn't cast a man with a huge fanbase or following. It's just pure talent, the wonderful and never-seen-before theatrical experience of the movie that has bought this well-deserved fame and success to the film. Please watch this film in theaters for the best experience. This is quite literally a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Kantara is the standard.

Other than the fact that it is the actor(Puneeth Rajkumar)'s last movie, there isn't much to look forward to. The storyline is amateurish and slightly boring. There isn't much to say about dialogue writing or the direction, since it isn't anything to be heavily complimented about. The pacing of the movie is sudden and inconsistent, the time limit seems to be the cause of the bad pacing. The storyline isn't that great either. The side actors or the extras have done a quite bad job. It just looks like a generic 2019 movie. Though it fulfils its job at action scenes, the story goes on to get a little boring. The twists are predictable and not something astonishing. The 9.9 imdb rating seems undeserving. Overall, not a really great movie. Didn't live up to the hype that followed.
