Honestly one of the best medical drama's which to my surprise turned out to be rom com. I watched it immediately when i got to know Park Shin Hye was the lead n she'd beat up people right thru. I loved this gangster version of shin hye, who later becomes a hard working, compassionate Dr. Yoo Hye Jung. This was my first drama of Kim Rae Won and i sure loved him and became a fan right after. Dr. Hon Ji Hong's cute, funny expressions and gorgeous smile made this one of his best. And obviously the medical specialists featured in this drama are neurosurgeons who deal with the brain and spinal nerves. The surgery scenes were simply amazing along with the second male lead Dr. Jung Yoon Do and female Dr. Jin Seo Woo. But there were few loose ends and plot holes that were never completed. They weren't major ones but still the story lacked. Like what happened to Ji soo in the end, where is Moon's sincere apology etc.
