I’m enjoying the book very much. I like how it covers an area of World War II history that hasn’t received a lot of coverage. There are some factual errors that are a bit distracting: One of the characters is a Balter of gunner in a B-17, but he’s depicted as an officer, and those were enlisted positions. Characters write a letter home and talks about sailing to the north Sea to Liverpool, but the north Sea is on the other side of England again, it does a good job telling a story that needed to be told about that. And it does a good job of, expressing how the ARC sent women overseas and no one really knew what they were going to be getting into.
