I am a huge Hip Hop fan so I know what I am talking about.

It is giving children a reference to the richest drug dealer in the world, they search him up and make him an inspiration. Say no more. Dumbest name for a kids show you could ever come up with. The creators were trippin' on cocaine when they made this, they MUST have been!
