Watched the first 3 episodes of this drama, and dropped it. But, in honesty to give the 2 ML’s their respect I revisited the drama in hopes it would pick up. Yes, the FL is boring, and not sure of herself, but as far as her acting, she’s trying very hard to get into acting. She is or was a SK model, perhaps, she’s ready to make a career change. Actually, the reason she probably landed the FL, is because the other top 20 SK female lead actresses were busy onset with other dramas. The sister is a question mark as well with her acting skills. She’s not that good either, and will probably never land a FL role. Hong Su zu was really looked upon gracefully to land this role as FL. The plot and planning of this drama is somewhat thought out well, there could have been more believable sciences than shown. The 2nd ML seems to have had on his own agenda after ML introduced him to the company and vouch for his credibility. However, he turned out to be a scumbag of pure greed, that turned vicious on his friend that tried to help him. The ML is always entangled with 3 way love affairs in his dramas. But, hopefully the drama will end well, however, the 2nd ML will have a sad ending. The FL does not deserve either one of the 2 MLs, she’s very sneaky. How does she fixed her mouth to say she wants the entire company, and on what morals, and the ML promised he would help her attain her goal. If this happens my ratings will change for sure.😊

This drama was very disappointing, and too long. There was absolutely no true chemistry whatsoever between IU and Jo Jung-sik or anyone else on this drama. Do not understand why IU was so controlled by the Lee family in this drama, and her still living at home in a 12 year old room when she was portraying someone to be over the age of 21, but treated and talked to and talked down to as if she was 16. Totally confusing. Normally, JJS makes great dramas, but this one missed the mark in his earlier career. His character was too immature, naive and weak, and he seemed bored and uninterested while filming this drama. All the characters constantly lied a lot right to your face, too many secrets, and too much overacting. The standout characters were, the biological mother, the restaurant manager (so handsome), the bakery manager (so handsome), and the daughter of the chicken shop owners. I seriously do not know in 2013 why this drama won awards. The entire drama, 50 episodes was too much, because of the constant repeat of so many scenes. IU’s best drama to date is, My Mister. This one she should have passed on and waited for a better project. She was very young, and her acting skills and delivery were not ready for the actress who played her biological mother. She’s a powerhouse actress, and IU, at such a young age back then, did not do herself any justice being in the presence of this powerhouse. Oh well, all the actors and actresses have moved on, and hopefully found some greater projects to be apart of. The grandmother was too mean, bitter, controlling and negative. Her sitting table manners were appalling. The oldest sister of the Lee family was totally clueless the entire drama. All around not a good drama.

This is/was a very sweet short masterpiece of a very nice movie. I encourage all to watch the 4 episodes of a relationship that’s unrequited love. But, the way he was able to keep his pride in tack was awesomly written by a great writer. I don’t know if people have noticed, but Park HS, left as a young man, to serve his country, and with his great talent, he returned a totally different person. Now, he’s a full grown man, that knows what he wants. He’s still as handsome and adorable as ever, but the roles he use to play, they don’t quite fit him any longer. He’s become an extremely matured actor. And, you can this in the 4 episodes of this award notable Disney+ movie. The leading lady does not deviate either. She’s given a script and she delivers. She’s a great actress, and these 4 episodes also touches on her new profound maturity. She’s matured as well. But, Park HS, acting skills led her to this final touch. You’re only as good as the lead male or lead female. Here, Park HS, led this to success. Again, don’t deny yourself to see Park HS’s acting after his return from military duty. He’s extremely buffed, and looks like a military officer. Awesome! He’s totally recharged and it’s commendable. A Full Grown Man😊 His new baggy clothes dressing delivers him with new manly swagger.

This KDrama was absolutely amazing with excellent actors and directors. The writers and producers were all just as good. Cannot wait for a second season of Taxi Driver. This was my first KDrama with Lee, Easom, and some of the other lead stars. The chemistry and comrades of the leads were timeless. It was a delight to see Easom joined Rainbow, although she may not be around for season 2 due to her work schedule. To anyone that hesitating on this KDrama. You may want to think twice, you will be utterly amazed. Lee and that Deluxe Taxi were magical. He made riding in a taxi look so darn sexy. He was looking very handsome driving it. Remember, season 2 is coming 2023. All leads are returning except Esom, believe her schedule is conflicting with a season 2 of Taxi Driver.

From the West: I am struggling to finish Snowdrop. First of all, JHI, as always did excellent work and acting. However, he did not have the best leading actress to bring out the best in him. He could have really shown more strength with a different leading actress. Sometimes, people need to stay with what works best for them, and I suppose singing is it for Ms. J. KDramas and acting not so much. She was definitely out of her league with all those professional KDramas actresses and actors. I don’t know who’s selection this was. But, it was not a good one. If JHI made this selection, or recommendation, he must be careful with his future career selections of leading actresses. He has so many potentials, but the wrong leading actresses can destroy his career. It’s so important to cast correctly in this line of profession. This is probably one of the reasons Snowdrop was snubbed for an award, and not picked up by Netflix. Although, very controversial for their country, it also had a lot to do with the acting as well, because his leading lady did not bring out his strengths like some of his previous leading actresses. Hopefully, no more KDramas for them working together. The story line and plot was nice, but, the acting in Snowdrop, am not feeling it at all. Now, his new series with Netflix (DP), is hands down amazing. His versatility in acting shows it. And, it was picked up for a second season, can’t wait. After a few episodes of Snowdrop, to me, I knew it would not be back. Nonetheless, to all the regular KDrama actresses and actors in Snowdrop, as always, you guys were amazing. But, by far, singing is best for Ms. J. I’m on E12, not sure I can push through. I need to watch DP again to give me momentum to finish Snowdrop with JHI and his colleagues. I need help on this one. In my honest opinion, I can’t see all the good gestures others have made or seen, but it is what it is. Casting, please vet harder. I could name at least 3 leading KDrama actresses that would have made Snowdrop so much better. Actually, the romance story line wasn’t needed, not for this KDrama, it took away from the strong plot. Ever so confusing.

I really don’t write too many reviews of a KDrama, because they are all basically the same plot and story line. The KDramas take on you on this roller coaster journey, and always in the these romcoms; they are either breaking up, or you’re considered too poor to be in a rich family and then you’re demonized by the guy or girl’s parents. As if… I digress for this one. This is truly a message in this KDrama for the world, and the culture of the Asian people. The standout for this movie were the bromance between the two lead actors. However, there are some words of wisdom people can excel to in this KDrama. The gentleman dating the rich girl, whoever, wrote the part for him is awesome. The gentleman dating the poor girl was absolutely amazing in all aspects. He was my entire favorite of this KDrama. I realized this KDrama is 7 years old. I stumbled upon this one, and it’s a gem. Words of knowledge from the 2 lead men, are above reproach. I have never seen a KDrama with the 2 leads are educating each other and the fans on a life’s journey. I would definitely recommend this KDrama. It’s heartwarming and so true to life. What a gem!!!! Plus, the two lead actors are extremely handsome. The need more acting roles. Some of the guys that get more acting roles than these 2 guys are overrated. Trust me.😊
