i honestly don't remember the first time that i watched this anime either 2020 or 2021, but i can't literally write a whole essay about this anime. Ive watched it countless of times but i'm always find new small details every time and it always hits my heart and has me crying by the end. There are some uncomfortable topics in it like the age gap between some of the couples and shigure's weird thing with high school girls, its also interesting how every time I watch it , I always pick up certain things shigure did to make what happened happen, he's a selfish guy and it took me a couple of watches to understand it ( LMAO IM SLOW ) other than that this anime really shows everyone's different struggles they're all very upsetting, and wishing they could all get a bug hug. I would highly reccomend to anyone that hasn't watched it, I don't think I will ever find a better anime than fruits basket. Plus their opening and closing songs are so good ! all the characters are so good looking but i can't help to find hatori and shigure so ugh LOL
