Just discovered this series this year and am was absolutely smitten. Especially with Amanda. She is the most astoundingly subtle and beautiful woman. Her acting makes me believe she’s really like Beth—strong, passionate, intelligent woman of integrity and backbone. Then to see her as The Commander—amazing range of emotional power. Kevin was ok, but better in Lewis. I liked Dr. Preston too—great pal material. I didn’t watch beyond the 1st 3 seasons and Lucy Gannon’s writing—thought it would be too empty headed. Thank you Amanda for creating a character, a believable woman, who lives on some 30 years later. Cult classic candidate.
