Bravo Alley

A pleasant surprise.. It was better than what I was expecting. It is slightly sweet but not overly (to me). Though the ending is somewhat clichéd.. It is a ending that deserved to come.

Hmm, I saw that it was released.. Watching a clip of Archie with a witty put down intrigued me further. It falls short. It is mostly cringe while also being poorly paced. It wastes its cast like Nick Frost, Kunal Nayyar, Guz Khan, Tanner Buchanan and Lucy Punch: everybody could have been directed better. It somewhat recaptured my attention about midway with a sentimental emotional moment. But nothing else matches it later on. This and the put down are, in my opinion, the highlight moments in this film. It is a disappointment.

Where's the comedy? It wasn't really that scary.. This is not a good adaptation.
