Press Your Luck Season 1 Ep1. Negatives: A few missing cues, The overall theme (could have done a little more), No possible answer text during the question rounds?, and the second big board round pacing. Positives: Amazing set, Another great host selection*, Fun Contestants, A lot of risks (prizes and money wise), Funny Whammies, and a brutal bonus round game. Overall thoughts: It was a fun first episode and hope the other episodes are just as fun. Just like 100K Pyramid, I hope this also gets more seasons. But that bonus round... so many whammies on the board... they almost took over an entire corner of the board. Also did anyone notice during the spin (of the 3 whammy of the bonus game) that the board bounced on the same square back to back... also it looks like there is a minor delay when they stop the big board. (which it did save a few contestants a few times.) *referring to the host selection of Michael Strahan for 100K Pyramid... not Match game.
