I keep watching hoping that they include one black or one person of color as a positive regular. They have one female woman of color who’s deemed as a mad black woman. I was hopeful when they had another black female who asked and received a job on the top floor. She was bright, quick thinking, young and challenging. I loved her spunk nature. I was disheartened however, close to the end of the episode, one of the actors’ head bowed at his desk as if she was going to be the death of him, only to find out that she was demoted to a promotion on a lower level. I still watch it hoping that I’m not the only one searching for people of color on this show. But perhaps this is the reality drama show imitating life. Sigh
