I would love to give my opinion on this book, but I can't read it. I do not have any institutional affiliation to access it, and I can't afford to buy either print copy or ebook. In fact, at ca US$140, this is the most expensive ebook I've come across. I wonder if there will ever be freedom of access to knowledge - without a paywall.
