This show is horrendous, period. Bad acting, no character development, characters you don’t care about and the story is just boring not engaging and is a low point for the Star Wars IP from Disney. They put people in charge to make a Star Wars show that knew nothing about Star Wars or its characters, history, or fan base. Hey Disney, how about hiring people that know nothing or next to nothing about construction to build your next building or corporate headquarters and see how that turns out. A lot of people are talking about all the DEI and Disney being consciously WOKE. I do believe in some DEI and being WOKE to injustices that have plagued the world. But I don’t want it in any of my media (TV, movies, video games) and definitely not from Disney. George Lucas didn’t put Billy Dee Williams (Lando) in Star Wars because he was a man of color, he did it because he was the best actor for the role. I love Superman, Batman and Spider-Man who are white heterosexual male characters and should remain that way and not be changed for some agenda although I’m a man of color. Disney stop creating new stuff fans hate and just continue to build on the George Lucas stuff fans love, end of story Period….

This show has no heart like the original. The characters are uninteresting, the episodes are mediocre to weak at best, there’s no depth and Dean Stockwell is probably rolling over in his grave over this show. Oh and the acting is bad. Now I absolutely know why Scott Bakula turned down the opportunity to reprise his role, he knew!!! Just bad!!!! NBC do better than this. Please call this show something else, it’s not Quantum Leap and the Gen Zers who are probably writing this show y’all suck and don’t know anything about good network television.
