If you are not accustomed to clocks, calenders & history you will love this movie. Lazy adaptation that is sure to please lazy viewers. To cast 21st century culture onto the 1940s is rewriting history. Rewritten history serves no one well. If you're not going to do the work, just stick with fiction. Then you can start with a blank canvas in lieu of doodling all over a Rembrandt. Other than that, I can't wait for this writer to make Genghis Khan cuddly, King Tut trans, and all war heros women.
