I haven't seen this movie, but have experienced an encounter with a Chinese company. The company I worked for sold of their operations to the Chinese, I worked in that operation. The Chinese company was going to build an identical building in China, so they were given building and layout blueprints and started to very carefully dismantle the machinery and film it so they can reassemble everything exact back in China. The Chinese employees that came to do the work were all very well disciplined and work focused whereas our people were more relaxed. A very noticeable difference between work styles for sure. But slowly some of the Chinese employees seemed to of liked our style better because they started to adapt to our style.
