Thoroughly disappointed in the direction they went with this. I kept trying to like it but every episode got worse. What they tried to turn Masterchief into was so contrary to the character I have come to love. The story line with Kwan Ha is just plain annoying. It feels so small and unimportant, not to mention the character is terribly irritating. I’m upset that I can’t like this because the premise of what happened before the first halo had such potential. This is one of the largest disappointments I’ve experienced as far as television is concerned. The characters are dull, Masterchief keeps his helmet off way too long and for moments that it doesn’t make sense to take it off for, and the plot in general seems like it was pulled out of the trash outside of a failed soap opera. 0 stars and feeling completely underwhelmed.
