Nothing seems to make sense in the entire film, except the ending, that suggests the only thing that makes sense is two people finding each other. Licorice Pizza. Paul Thomas Anderson's experimental film would be a worthy Netflix offering, but definitely not worthy of a big screen viewing, much less purchasing for one's film library.
