Kate Squire

At first, the storyline sounded so intriguing, and I was really excited to read it. Almost as soon as I started, though, I was regretting my choice. The characters are very unrealistic and not at all relatable. I had no problem with the storyline, but the execution was so disappointing. The female characters were over-sexualized and the male characters had no depth. Both love interests seemed to fall in love with Lia before a real connection was even made. Lia herself (the main character) has no defining personality traits. Overall, I would say there are much better books to spend your time on.
