I’ve only seen the first 15 minutes of episode one but I am already turned off because it is set in New Orleans and they didn’t even bother to get the facts straight. The judge describes the layout of a shotgun house as having a hallway that runs straight through the house. This is not true, shotgun houses are designed to fit on narrow lots close together. They do not have room for a hallway, it is the rooms themselves that line up one after the other from front to back. I’m going to keep watching because it seems like a good storyline but please do a better job at researching the city’s history.
