One of the most gruesome and boring movies I’ve ever watched. Its purpose evades me. Perhaps a foray into existentialist nihilism?

If this series were an accurate portrayal of how the executive branch of the U.S. government functions, by now Putin would have conquered all of Europe. The drama (or lack thereof) seems obsessed with marital and/or romantic relationships, body odor, fashions, opulent residences, subliminal messages and diplomatic intrigue. The depiction of the British aircraft carrier in the opening is an obvious indication of how flimsy this series is.

Enjoyed the portrayal of a post apocalyptic Chicago.

More of a soap opera than a sci-fi thriller. In fact it’s the opposite, a real snoozer with hot shots of Sean Penn, the only remarkable item since he still looks quite buff. The characters are hollow and the plot is guaranteed to put you to sleep.

This is a dreadfully boring movie. Period.
