This drama brought me so many frustrations that I was angry and upset but I couldn't stop watching it. I guess I accepted that the actors were really good and that it elicited all these emotions from me. I cannot imagine living through the harsh rules of society classes but it does exist even in this modern age. I understand now why it is difficult to mix these classes because of the difference in "culture" but maybe it made me a tad smarter even if I learned it through a drama series. I recommend the series but find something that can divert unhappiness when it becomes too much. I picked watching funny moments of my favorite K-pop group and sometimes funny videos of animals then I went back to it when I was feeling okay. I cry easily but I found myself feeling rock hard inside that I could not even cry through an unfortunate event because I felt the person deserved it for being so naive.

Three Lives, Three Worlds, The Pillow Book

There were funny parts but the third world where they were in Sanskrit Valley was a waste. It dragged too long to keep it interesting i think Dilraba did okay, the ML was still stiff but i am trying to convince myself that it is how the character was made. I guess living tens of thousands of years can get really monotonous that something has got to be epic for that old person to get excited and be more alive.

Okay, I watched this series from start to end and I was focused on the story rather than actors or costumes or historical accuracy but....I think this is not too bad and quite realistic though unfortunate that it truly shows that some bad things happen in life and it is what it is...no such thing as "love conquers all" or "Justice will prevail". I cried a ton load and knew from the start that this was heartbreaker and a tearjerker but a good tragic story.

This aint too bad. The only thing I can say is that there is no sense of urgency in the script. Just when there is very limited time to do one thing and they go into this one whole episode of talking before they do what they have to do e.g. the fire lotus - it took a lunch break, social drinking, reminiscing their past before finding a way out of the snow cave - it kinda got old and the heroes are just not reliable here - either too dumb or too emotional but hey i gave it a 7/10!
