Lead belly maxed out states that you don't take radiation from any food or drink. which would be a game changer since your hunger and thirst meter drain all the time. But it's glitched so you still take rad damage from eating and drinking. So it's a waste of 3 levels worth of perks.
And there needs to be more scrap in the game. For instance wood is really rare when it shouldn't be. So if you find a clip board or pencil you struck gold and should fast travel to your camp asap so you don't get killed and have to hoof it back to where you died to get it again. Which if there isn't a nearby fast travel spot near by can be a pain. Especially since other players can take the scrap you drop when you died so you have to hurry back. And when you're overencumbered it drains ap when you walk. So you'll have to either drop weapons or junk to run or fast travel which costs caps if you go anywhere except vault 76 or your camp. And caps are hard to come by.
And the exchange rate is ridiculous so if you wanna buy wood from an npc vendor it costs 80 caps just for 30. Also selling most weapons like a 10mm only gets you 1 cap. So just building a little shack is a feat in itself. And the building restrictions are really bad. Like you can't store a doorway wall unless you store the roof, then the door, and then the wall. You can't stack wood foundations to elevate your house and you can't place a roof if there's a little tree branch poking into the building when in fallout 4 you could. Also most of the things you can build require that you find or buy plans which takes time to find, costs caps to buy from other players or costs real money. So you'll just wanna make a plain wood shack and say f**** it. And you're pretty much restricted to just building a small one floor player home. Because when you move your camp which costs caps. The clipping issues might not make it possible to move your camp to your new location. Also you can't build near most pre existing structures. So you'll have to build a new temp one from scratch and not have access to anything you built inside it till you find a spot where you can place the structure again. So it's best to put crafting items in the shelter which is an added bonus to your camp. And has a small opening so it can be placed more freely.
Also enemies can destroy structures you build. So a mole rat can spawn under your house and attack a wall until it destroys it and you can't hit it until it does and glitches through the floor. Then you'll be missing a wall until you go out and find another pencil or clip board to scrap unless you stocked up. And if another player puts thier camp where yours is it'll block your camp so you can't fast travel to it.
And lastly it says you can pay 12.99 a month for a private custom world where you and 7 other players can play and customize the settings which are like mods so you can have infinite ammo, don't take fall damage, have increased jump height etc. But it's glitched so when you pay it won't let you access the world. And from the reviews I read it only works for a few people for some reason. So pretty much I'd say just play fallout 4 in survival mode and use a mod so you can fast travel. And it's pretty much the same thing but better. Because the only things you'd miss out on in fallout 76 are a new location with some new enemies and characters and that's about it. It's just a watered down fallout 4.
