DO NOT GET THIS APP. It is a scam/fraud to steal money illegally from your bank account. They don’t tell you THERE IS NOT A “CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION” option. Even if you submit a request to cancel the subscription, they will acknowledge and then they WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND CONTINUE WITHDRAWING MONEY ILLEGALLY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. You will have to file charges and disputes with your bank and cancel your card to get Zeely to not be able to withdraw from your account. I experienced this and have all the “receipts” (I.e. 3+ written requests since October 15, 2023 and responses by Zeely acknowledging they have received my requests and then refuse to cancel my subscription. I can even provide you the dispute case# I had to file through my bank!). THIS IS COVERT THEFT AT ITS FINEST. DONT DO IT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
